
Rod Darch
Chairman
Before founding RDA Consultancy in 1993, Rod Darch held a number of executive and managerial positions within large multi-national companies and family-owned businesses. This involved the improvement of existing systems as well as the development of new ones. He oversaw progression of the companies, constantly demonstrating visible results. With over 25 years experience designing and implementing business systems and change, Rod decided to capitalise on his skills and began Rod Darch Associates.
Now in its 18th year, the Consultancy has adapted within the ever-changing business world. Rod has successfully completed a wealth of training including general management, quality and environmental management systems, health and safety standards and lean manufacturing.
As well as his own successes Rod has also ensured the success of his clients, two of whom had their ISO14001 registration projects selected by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance for use as case studies for SMEs. Also a further two clients have been finalists in the Dorset Environmental Excellence Award.

Faith Foote
Director
Faith Foote is an experienced General and Commercial Manager. She has spent over 20 years in senior management positions both within large corporations and SMEs. Beginning her career as a personal assistant to senior business managers in the commercial and Banking world, Faith did not take long to rise through the ranks, each time taking on more challenging roles. As well as managing branches, she became responsible for the entire mortgage lending in the South West.
Looking to diversify and gain more general management and business development skills Faith took a career move into a production environment. In 1999 she was fast tracked into the role of General Manager of a workwear and linen rental company with over 100 employees. In 2001 she was invited to join the Board of Directors.
Faith has undertaken and passed her NEBOSH [National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health] and has been heavily involved in ISO 9001 and 14001. In 2008 she undertook Business Continuity BS25999.

John Skinner
Director
Before joining RDA John worked as a consultant and independent lead auditor, presenting a series of training courses including automotive process auditing and automotive core quality tools - MSA, SPC etc. His career began with the Xerox corporation where he gained an HND in mechanical engineering. He went on to work with Rolls Royce Aero Engines, Horstman Timers, and a range of manufacturing organisations.
After his role at BSI as a certified lead auditor, John joined the Vehicle Certification Agency as a lead auditor worldwide and was involved in the introduction of automotive specific standards QS9000 and ISO/TS16949. During this period John spend 4 years working for the VCA in North America as a Programme Manager. This role included the management of a team of ISO9001 and ISO14001 auditors, client management, office management and sales activities
His current responsibilities include systems implementation for ISO9001, OHSAS18001, AS9100,
systems maintenance and support, training and development.

Anne Delaney
Director
Anne Delaney became a company director within RDA in April 2008. She began her career working in the travel industry. After ten years she decided to take a step in a new direction and follow her ambition to work in the environmental sector.
She completed an Environmental Protection (Hons) Degree at Bournemouth University in 2005. During her second year work placement at University she began her practical training with Rod Darch. She took responsibility for implementing an Environmental Management System, certified to ISO4001 for a Christchurch based company. After gaining her degree she continued her training with Rod Darch as an Associate.
Anne specialises in implementing and developing Environmental Management Systems, as well as implementing and maintaining Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management systems.

Graham Colebeck
Director
Graham took his first steps into environmental management in the mid nineties. A fully trained and active industrial chemist at the time, he self funded a year at college in order to become an environmentalist. He then began working on contaminated land investigations, air emission monitoring and resource efficiency.
A permanent move into management systems and development followed. Graham has overtime expanded his skills base to include health and safety management. As well as actively maintaining his professional knowledge Graham holds a NEBOSH qualification in occupational health and safety.
Graham specialises in the setting up and implementation of Environmental and Health and Safety management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
